Licensed since 2005, Paul specializes in the sale of apartment buildings and vacant land in Los Angeles and surrounding cities. Paul has represented both buyers and sellers in complex 1031 tax deferred exchanges, vacant land development deals, and numerous value add apartment building acquisitions. Additionally, Paul currently manages over 160 apartment units in Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Clients have trusted Paul with the management and leasing of numerous recent apartment building acquisitions. An in depth knowledge of local rent control laws, experience with cash for keys negotiations, and extensive renovation project management has allowed Paul’s clients to capitalize on equity growth quickly after property acquisitions.
A graduate of the University of California in San Diego with a BA in History, Paul has lived in Los Angeles since 1985. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, soccer and body surfing.
